　　An alien starship crashes in a swamp in a U.S. National Park. Some mosquitos begin to feed from the alien's corpses, causing them to grow to the size of a vulture. These mutant insects became very agressive, killing every human being they find. Will the few survivors fight successfully against this nightmare...?

　　美国青年艾许（布鲁斯•坎贝尔 Bruce Campbell 饰）在和女友琳达（布丽切特•方达 Bridget Fonda 饰）度假时，偶然发现一本《死亡之书》。书中记载各种神秘的丧葬风俗以及招魂仪式，更为诡异恐怖的是，这本不应该存在于人间的书具有十分强大和邪恶的魔力。为与之斗争，艾许失去了女友和自己的右手，但最后还是体力不支，被《死亡之书》带到600年前的中世纪。他奇怪的穿着一度被骑士们当作间谍抓起来，经过一番波折，艾许决定帮国王打败《死亡之书》幻化出来的怪兽，这也是他回到现代社会的唯一办法……
　　本片荣获1993年布鲁塞尔奇幻电影节金鸦奖、1993年葡萄牙奇幻电影节影评人奖、1994年美国科幻恐怖电影学院土星奖最佳恐怖片。

　　拥有犯罪前科的男子阿金（乔什·斯图尔特 Josh Stewart 饰）靠着一份除虫的工作养家糊口，但是这点稀薄的工资对于巨额放贷以及等着吃饭的老婆孩子来说无异于杯水车薪。万般无奈之下，他打起雇主——珠宝商人迈克·切斯（Michael Reilly Burke 饰）的主意 。适逢切斯一家外出度假，阿金找到当年的好友罗伊（罗伯特·维斯登 Robert Wisdom 饰），他准备从切斯家偷出珠宝并拜托罗伊销赃。
　　入夜，阿金潜入切斯家空空荡荡的房子里。但他的运气实在太差了，他发现已经有人先行来到这里。那个自称“收藏家”的神秘男子似乎目标并不在钱财，而是人命。阿金想要知难而退，结果发现自己被困在了这所地狱一般的房子中……

　　该片主角为一位居住在小镇里的母亲，在政府封锁小镇的情况下，这位母亲不顾一切地与时间赛跑，来拯救自己的孩子。

　　一个挑衅的十几岁的男孩，与父母即将离婚的挣扎，面对一个千岁的女巫，谁是生活在皮肤下，并冒充隔壁的女人。

　　本片讲述了一夜之间二十七具尸体被悬挂当街，且都被抽去了骨头，死相诡谲。向来不信邪的宋慈以一种追求极致真相的态度与女助手雨墨深入调查。通过对死者关系网的盘查，宋慈发现这是起随机杀人案，有价值的是“27”这个数字，这与十年前的波旬教案有关，他向恩师耿知年请教，谁知当天二十七具尸体就在府衙中自燃，虽灰飞烟灭却有迹可寻，宋慈不得不怀疑这一切正和当年负责波旬教案的耿知年有关。与此同时，怀揣着隐秘身世的雨墨也已渐渐接近“真相”，那是她同样无法接受的真相……

　　基于Kerry Greenwood所著同名畅销书，讲述20年代私家侦探芙里妮·费雪在澳洲探案的经历。

　　brutashell review - 'Filmed in black and white and primarily spoken in German, it is obvious that Die Farbe did not have a huge budget to work with. Effects are minimal and the cast is utterly unknown. I should point out that these are all good things, and work very much in the film's favour. There is no CGI to rely on, no name actors to carry it. Rather, the filmmakers do the unthinkable: they create a genuine atmosphere of unimaginable dread and unspeakable horror, using shadow, suggestion and rare splashes of that Nameless colour in a few select frames. In short, they did a damn good job. Die Farbe is subtle in its mounting horror, nurturing a dark dread deep in your bowels with every shot. All of the best and most stomach-turningly distressing films I’ve ever seen have come out of Germany: M, The Cabinet Of Dr. Caligari, The White Ribbon, and now this one. Leave it to the Germans. We know how to gross you out on the deepest psychological levels.
　　Lovecraft worshippers and devotees of German Expressionism alike, take heed: seek out and view this film at your earliest possible convenience. It’s a dark, noisome little gem that will squirm into your subconscious and lay its eggs in your sanity. Hey, not everyone gets the honour of being a host organism for the Elder Gods, you know.'
