　　《美国谍梦》已被续订到第六季，但是第六季将会是剧终季。第六季10集，2018年播出。

　　该剧讲述了一个虚构电视台“亚特兰蒂斯有线新闻台”（简称：ACN）台前幕后的故事。
　　Will McAvoy（杰夫·丹尼尔斯 Jeff Daniels 饰）是一位资深新闻节目主持人，为ACN电视网八点档旗舰节目《晚间新闻》带来超高收视率，但因为飞扬跋扈、刚愎自用，引发过团队成员的不满。在他刚结束休假回到办公室后，发现他的大部分部下将要另谋他就，集体被挖角。McAvoy的老板、ACN电视网新闻部部长Charlie Skinner（萨姆·沃特森 Sam Waterston 饰）有卓越的眼光与新闻理想，知道该如何拯救一档新闻节目，眼光更是准得惊人。他不但没有放弃Will，更利用他的工作能力竭力维护这档节目中的所有人才。这一次，Will不得不带领一批全新的团队成员，重振《晚间新闻》的旗鼓......

　　Nigél Thatch加盟福里斯特·惠特克主演、《毒枭》主创打造的Epix黑帮剧《哈林教父》(Godfather Of Harlem)，将饰演美国著名黑人民权领袖马尔科姆·X。Thatch此前已在《塞尔玛》饰演他，获得好评。
　　《哈林教父》源自真实人物：当年纽约著名的黑帮老大Bumpy Johnson(惠特克饰演)，来自《毒枭》主创Chris Brancato和Paul Eckstein，聚焦Bumpy的暮年：1960年代，Bumpy坐牢十年后出狱，发现自己曾经掌控的哈林街区步履维艰，意大利黑手党Genovese家族已经接管了他的地盘。Bumpy意图夺权，在此过程中，他与理念激进的传教士马尔科姆·X结盟。这个城市面临着激烈的人权斗争，以及一场激烈的黑帮战争。文森特·多诺费奥(《夜魔侠》)、Ilfenesh Hadera(《亿万》)、新人Antoinette Crowe-Legacy等也参演。
　　马尔科姆·X早年曾加入黑帮，他在狱中悔悟，加入穆斯林教，出狱后成为一名黑人人权领袖。他口才极佳，办事雷厉风行。与马丁·路德·金不同，马尔科姆·X主张暴力革命。后期他态度有所转变，与伊斯兰民族组织决裂，变得相对温和，但一直坚定主张“采取任何措施追求进步”。1965年，他在一次演说中被伊斯兰民族组织成员刺杀。

　　亚马逊预定了一部8集的科幻剧集《环形故事》(Tales From The Loop)，基于瑞典艺术家Simon Stålenhag创作的科幻画作，Nathaniel Halpern(《大群》)编写剧本，马克·罗曼尼克(《别让我走》《黑胶时代》)执导，马特·里夫斯的制片公司6th & Idaho、瑞典的Indio、Fox 21联合制作。
　　画作探索了一群生活在“The Loop”之上的人民的生活，The Loop是一个为了探索和解开宇宙奥秘的机器，它使以前只有科幻小说里才有的东西成为可能。在这个奇幻、神秘的小镇上，讲述着辛酸的人类故事，讲述着赤裸裸的普遍情感体验，同时又利用了流派叙事的计谋。

　　真正的诗选剧开山始祖《阴阳魔界 The Twilight Zone》或将再次被重启，这部在外国有着极重要地位的剧集，过去有CBS 1959年原版﹑CBS 1985年第一次重启版﹑UPN 2002年第二次重启版，而CBS今天表示，他们正计划再一次重启这部剧集。 这一版本的《阴阳魔界》由Marco Ramirez执笔及当制作人。

　　NBC宣布续订Christina Hendricks﹑Retta及Mae Whitman主演的《#好女孩# Good Girls》第四季。

　　Catherine Jamison（Laura Linney饰演）是名高中老师。她有个处于青春期、不太听话的儿子Adam（Gabriel Basso饰演），和人到中年、行事却极不成熟的丈夫Paul（Oliver Platt饰演），还有一个受过高等教育，却摒弃主流生活，甘愿当流浪汉的弟弟Sean（John Benjamin Hickey饰演）。Cathy平时循规蹈矩，日子过得波澜不惊。忽然有一天，她得知自己身患癌症，与死神近在咫尺，从未曾恣意放纵，从未曾随心所欲，生命却即将走向终点；Cathy心有不甘，她决定在生命最后阶段放松一下，做自己真正想做的事，这些事有的看似疯狂，有的看似绝望，有的又充满温情，它们都代表面对死亡时，主人公释放的真实自我。
　　第一季中提到，住在Cathy家对面的Marlene（Phyllis Somerville饰演）患有老年痴呆症，在一次险些误伤Adam的事故后，她选择饮弹自尽，并把房子留给了Cathy，Cathy将之转赠给了Sean。第二季里，姐弟俩做了邻居后，将会有怎样的故事发生？Cathy的大学同学Rebecca（Cynthia Nixon饰演）多年后重新走入Cathy的生活，并意外跟Sean有了孩子，二人不论是生活理念，还是性格习惯，都大相径庭，他们又会产生怎样的冲突？Cathy的学生Andrea（Gabourey Sidibe饰演）是个麻烦女孩，Cathy真诚想要帮她，但Andrea并不领情，她们的师生情又会有哪些新矛盾？还有Cathy的主治医生Todd（Reid Scott饰演），多次与Cathy接触后，对她产生微妙情感，纸包不住火，Cathy的丈夫Paul得知真相后，又会作何反应？第二季里，编剧将为我们一一解答。
　　除了上一季幸存的几个人物继续登场外，第二季还加入了生力军。目前公布的客串演员包括：Alan Alda、Parker Posey、Hugh Dancy。
　　本剧的制作人Jenny Bicks曾说：“The Big C的主题不是癌症，它讲的是一个身患癌症的女人的故事。”当生活中出现重大变故后，人们如何审视自身，学会应对，学会珍惜，也许才是这个故事的主旨。让我们期待编剧继续发力，在新一季里，仍能带给我们欢笑和感动

　　Former police detective Adrian Monk (Tony Shalhoub), whose photographic memory and amazing ability to piece together tiny clues made him a local legend, has suffered from intensified obsessive-compulsive disorder and a variety of phobias since the unsolved murder of his wife, Trudy, in 1997. Now on psychiatric leave from the San Francisco Police Department and working as a freelance detective/ consultant on difficult cases, Monk hopes to convince his former boss, Captain Leland Stottlemeyer (Ted Levine), to allow him to return to the force. Stottlemeyer, who wavered between admiration for Monk and annoyance at his eccentricities during the first season, is becoming more of a friend to Monk as the series develops, frequently calling him in to help, as much for Monk's benefit as for his own. However, he knows Monk's limitations as well as his strengths and may still harbor doubts about the wisdom of allowing Monk to carry a gun or subdue a perpetrator. Stottlemeyer's second-in-command, Lieutenant Randall Disher (Jason Gray-Stanford), also seems to be developing both admiration and compassion for the man he once labeled "the defective detective."
　　Despite flaws and inadequacies all around, the three are becoming an increasingly effective team, with additional help from Monk's personal assistant. From the double-episode pilot through the first half of season three, Monk was aided by his nurse, Sharona Fleming (Bitty Schram). But in the tenth episode of the third season, Sharona was replaced by a new assistant, Natalie Teeger (Traylor Howard). Like Sharona, a divorcee with a son named Benjy, Natalie is a single parent, a widow with a daughter named Julie (Emmy Clarke). Unlike Sharona, Natalie is not a nurse but a former bartender with a fresh perspective on "Mr. Monk," as she still addresses her new boss.
