　　After doing a guest lecture at a British University, Dr. Brennan and Booth are asked to investigate the death of a young woman. Her father is a wealthy American businessman working in the U.K.. Their counterparts assist them in the investigation. Meanwhile Angela's husband arrives at the Jeffersonian, he is not interested in divorcing her.

　　日前，Showtime已经续订了“无耻之徒”第五季，剧中大姐扮演者Emmy Rossum接受采访时谈及自己在第五季中的角色Fiona：“她的生活将会越来越糟糕，但是什么时候好起来还是个未知数，或许永远不会。本剧改编至英国同名电视系列剧，美国Showtime电视网制作，并由英国原创Paul Abbott操刀.美国版没有对原作角色大动刀土，第三个孩子Ian的同性恋性向也被保留，但美国版已发展出不同于英版的情节。

　　本剧来自Reese Witherspoon的制片公司Hello Sunshine，改编自Laura Dave的同名小说，由Dave和丈夫Josh Singer (《聚焦》)共同创作。
　　剧版讲述Roberts饰演的女子，在寻找关于自己丈夫为何神秘失踪的真相时，和16岁的继女建立起了意想不到的关系。
