人生不能重来

　　郑炳睿（肖央 饰）的宝贝女儿婷婷众目睽睽之下，遭神秘绑匪绑架，始终陪伴父女左右的李慧萍（佟丽娅 饰）与他一同展开救女行动。但狡诈绑匪轻松躲避警方负责人张景贤（段奕宏 饰）的密集追捕，更将救女心切的郑、李二人玩弄于股掌之间。绝望间，郑炳睿选择走上了一条通往地狱的救女之路，纵使化身“修罗”也不能放过伤害自己女儿的恶徒！殊不知一场更大的阴谋正在悄然展开，所有卷入其中的人都无法逃脱。

　　在1960年代改朝换代的印尼，娜娜经历过战火洗礼，在战争中失去了家庭。虽然如今已再婚过着富裕无忧的生活，但往事挥之不去，而且她在家中地位卑微，丈夫更有外遇。娜娜一直沉默忍受，直至一天她认识了丈夫的其中一个情妇，一切就起了翻天覆地的变化。情妇竟成为了她唯一可以信任的人，让她得到慰藉，倾诉内心的秘密。两个女人的生命自此交织在一起，并共同寻找自由的希望……

　　《儿子的大玩偶》：乡镇失业青年坤树（陈博正饰）为了养家糊口，替电影院做“三明治广告人”。他化装成小丑身前身后挂着厚厚的广告牌，但却得不到家人及亲友的认同，总为此事争吵不休。当坤树去掉化装的油彩时，小儿子竟不认识父亲了，被吓得哭闹起来……
　　《小琪的帽子》：王武雄（金鼎饰）退伍后找到一份推销员的工作，公司派他到沿海城镇推销日本生产的压力锅，在小镇内遇到小女孩小琪。然而，王武雄最感到不解的是小琪头上总是紧扣著那顶帽子，让他觉得非常奇怪。同时王武雄的搭档林再发（方定台饰）接到怀孕妻子写信要求他快点回家。但是，压力锅却发生问题……
　　《苹果的滋味》：居住在贫民区的小工阿发（卓胜利饰），被美军汽车撞成残废后住进豪华医院。美军给了他一笔可观的赔偿费，还答应将其哑女送美国学习。阿发一家人悲喜交集，连连向美军道谢……

　　在相当短的一段时间内，接二连三的死者出现，这些看似意外死亡且彼此没有任何联系的人们，肛门处全都藏着预示了凶相的神签。案情扑朔迷离，万般无奈之下，芳贺长官（白井晃 饰）命令负责此案的刑警西园寺守（石井正则 饰）请业已离职的古畑任三郎（田村正和 饰）出山。以此为契机，古畑、今泉（西村雅彦 饰）、向岛（小林隆 饰）这一经典组合重新聚首。当西园寺和今泉还在胡乱猜测此案的共通点时，古畑却已敏锐地将目光锁定在负责验尸黑岩健吾博士（绪形拳 饰）的身上。沉稳阴郁、老练圆滑的黑岩博士此番引火烧身的背后目的究竟为何？
